Miles Wilson is a photographer, filmmaker, producer, and editor out of Venice, CA. Nurtured in an artistic household, Miles developed an early passion for the arts and storytelling. He pursued that passion at the University of California Santa Cruz, where he studied Film, Digital Media, and Art History, and continues to do so through personal and professional projects in his community. Inspired and influenced by the works of Sebastiao Salgado, Wong Kar-wai, and Octavia Butler, among many other artists, filmmakers, and writers, Miles seeks to place his creative voice and vision at an intersection of global culture, environmentalism, and afrofuturism.
